About FleetRun

Building a safer home for supervised AI missions

FleetRun is an invite-only supervised pilot. It coordinates models, connected business tools, workflows, approvals, usage budgets, and audit records from one command center.

The thesis

Most AI products are a chat window with a company’s data behind it. That is useful for answering a question and close to useless for running an operation, because an operation is not a series of questions — it is recurring work with owners, deadlines, spending, and consequences when something goes out wrong.

An organisation already solved that problem. It has roles, reporting lines, bounded authority, and a point where someone signs off. Our bet is that AI-assisted work needs the same structure, and that the missing layer is not a better model but the operating system around it: who this agent reports to, what it may do unsupervised, what it is allowed to spend, and what it did last Tuesday at 3pm.

So FleetRun starts from governance rather than adding it later. Every agent has a written role and an autonomy level. Every consequential action can be held for a person. Every mission reserves its budget before it runs and traces what each step cost. That is the difference between an untracked chat and a supervised mission you can review.

Who we build for

Solo professionals and teams of 2–25 people who live in Google Workspace and lose hours to inbox triage, scheduling, research, follow-up, and recurring operations work. The request we hear is consistent: “Help me stay ahead of communication and operational work without surrendering control.”

That second half is the hard part, and it is the part we optimise for.

What we believe

Control is the product

The job our customers describe is staying ahead of operational work without surrendering control. So approvals, budgets, and audit records are not settings bolted on afterward — they are the shape of the system.

Deterministic work stays deterministic

Business rules and calculations live outside model output. A model decides what to draft and who to ask; it does not decide what a number is.

An organisation, not a chat window

Work in a real company flows through roles, reporting lines, and sign-off. Agents that mirror that structure fit an organisation. A single chat box does not.

How we hold ourselves accountable

These are the targets we design against — internal goals from our product requirements, not results we are claiming to have achieved.

The company

FleetRun is built and operated by Leonenko Group LLC, a United States limited liability company. Leonenko Group is the merchant of record for FleetRun subscriptions and Fleet Credit purchases, which means we are the party you contract with, the party that handles billing and refunds, and the party responsible for applicable sales tax and VAT on what you buy.

We are early. FleetRun is a young product and we would rather tell you exactly what it does today than describe a version of it that does not exist yet. Where something is planned rather than shipped, we label it that way on the features page.
