FLEETRUN LEGAL

Acceptable Use Policy

FleetRun lets you delegate real work to software that acts on your behalf. This page sets the limits on what you may delegate. It applies to you, to everyone in your Fleet, and to everything your agents do.

Last updated 25 July 2026 · Operated by Leonenko Group LLC — full registered entity name, jurisdiction of incorporation and registered address to be confirmed

1. Scope and responsibility

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all use of FleetRun.

You are responsible for what your agents do as if you had done it yourself. An agent acting on instructions you wrote, or on an autonomy level you granted, is your action. “The agent decided to” is not a defence, and neither is failing to review output before it was used.

You are also responsible for the people you add to your Fleet. If you grant someone the ability to create agents or approve their actions, their use is on your account.

2. Never permitted

These result in immediate termination without notice, forfeiture of unused credits, and where the law requires it, a report to the appropriate authorities.

  • Child sexual abuse material, or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Producing or facilitating non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting a real person without their consent.
  • Planning, enabling, or providing operational assistance for terrorism, violent extremism, or mass-casualty attacks.
  • Developing weapons, including chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or high-yield explosives.
  • Human trafficking, forced labour, or the sexual exploitation of any person.
  • Stalking, harassing, threatening, or surveilling a specific individual, including intimate-partner monitoring.
  • Creating malware, ransomware, exploits, or tooling intended to gain unauthorised access to systems or data.

3. Not permitted

These are grounds for suspension. Where the circumstances reasonably allow, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it before we terminate.

Deception and impersonation

  • Impersonating a real person or organisation, or letting an agent claim to be human when a person directly asks whether they are talking to a machine.
  • Generating disinformation, fabricated news, fake reviews, or synthetic engagement intended to mislead.
  • Phishing, social engineering, or any attempt to obtain credentials, payment details, or personal data by deception.
  • Producing forged documents, records, identification, or credentials.

Unsolicited and abusive messaging

  • Sending bulk unsolicited email, messages, or connection requests, or any content that violates anti-spam law such as the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or PECR.
  • Evading spam filters, rate limits, or platform restrictions.
  • Harassing, hateful, or degrading content directed at a person or group, including on the basis of a protected characteristic.

Unauthorised data and access

  • Connecting an account you are not authorised to connect, or pointing an agent at data you do not have the right to access.
  • Scraping or harvesting personal data in breach of a website's terms, applicable law, or a data subject's rights.
  • Attempting to access another Fleet's data, probe our infrastructure, or bypass authentication, rate limits, or budget controls.
  • Circumventing the approval, autonomy, or budget mechanisms the Service provides.

High-stakes automated decisions

  • Making or automating a final decision about a person's employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, immigration status, or access to essential services without meaningful human review.
  • Providing medical, legal, or financial advice to third parties as though it were professional advice from a qualified person.
  • Using agents in the operation of safety-critical systems, including medical devices, vehicle control, industrial safety, or emergency response.

Financial and legal misuse

  • Fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or the sale of stolen goods, credentials, or data.
  • Market manipulation, or generating content designed to move the price of an asset.
  • Infringing another party's copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret, or misappropriating a person's likeness or voice.
  • Gambling, adult services, or other regulated activity without the licences it requires.

4. Autonomy and human review

FleetRun gives every agent an autonomy level and lets you require human approval before consequential actions. These controls exist to be used.

  • Set an autonomy level appropriate to the blast radius of the work. Anything that sends, publishes, spends, or deletes outside your fleet should require approval.
  • Do not configure agents to route around approval gates, and do not approve in bulk without reading what you are approving.
  • Where an agent produces content that will be published or sent to someone outside your organisation, a person should review it first.
  • Disclose that content is AI-generated where the law or the platform you are posting to requires it.

5. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, overload it, reverse engineer it, or extract model weights, prompts, or other proprietary material from it.

Responsible disclosure is welcome. If you find a security vulnerability, report it to security@fleetrun.app rather than exploiting it. We will not pursue action against good-faith research that respects user privacy, avoids data destruction, and gives us reasonable time to fix the issue.

6. How we enforce this

We investigate reports and signals of abuse. Depending on severity and history, we may:

  • Ask you to correct the problem within a stated period.
  • Restrict a specific capability, agent, or Fleet member.
  • Suspend the Fleet pending investigation.
  • Terminate the account, with unused credits forfeited where the breach was material.
  • Report the matter to law enforcement or a regulator where the law requires it.

We aim to be proportionate, and to give notice and an opportunity to fix things where circumstances allow. For anything in section 2, we will not.

If you believe we have acted in error, reply to the enforcement notice or email appeals@fleetrun.app. We will review the decision and respond.

7. Reporting abuse

To report misuse of FleetRun, including content or messages you believe were generated by an agent on our platform, email abuse@fleetrun.app. Include as much detail as you can — message headers, timestamps, and copies of the content help us act quickly.

8. Changes

AI capabilities and the ways they are misused both change quickly, so we will update this policy as needed. Material changes will be notified in advance, and the date at the top of this page shows the last revision.
