FleetRun is an AI agent orchestration platform operated by Leonenko Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Our principal place of business is in the United States.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at andrew@leonenko.me.
When you create an account we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and profile photo. We use this to authenticate you, send transactional messages, and identify your workspace.
We collect information about how you use the platform: agent configurations, fleet graphs, task content you submit to your agents, tool integrations you connect, and settings you configure. This data is stored to operate the service and is associated with your account.
When your agents call an AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or others you configure), the task content and model responses pass through FleetRun servers and are forwarded to the selected provider. We log these interactions for debugging, billing reconciliation, and audit purposes. We do not use your task content to train our own models.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers. We receive and retain a tokenized payment reference, the last four digits of your card, card type, billing country, and subscription status.
We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps when you use the web application. This data is used for security monitoring, debugging, and aggregate analytics.
We use essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to the application.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
To operate FleetRun we share limited data with the following sub-processors. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and is prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
| Provider | Purpose | Data shared |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database and authentication infrastructure | Account data, workspace data, task logs |
| Stripe | Payment processing and subscription management | Email, billing address, payment method token |
| OpenRouter | AI model routing (when selected as provider) | Agent task content and model parameters |
| Anthropic | Claude AI models (when selected as provider) | Agent task content and model parameters |
| Vercel | Web application hosting and edge delivery | Request logs, IP addresses |
| Postmark | Transactional email delivery | Email address, email content |
If you configure your agents to use additional AI providers (such as OpenAI, Groq, Mistral, xAI, or your own Ollama instance), task content will be sent to those providers according to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We retain your account and workspace data for as long as your account is active. Task logs and AI interaction records are retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.
If you delete your account, we initiate a soft delete immediately (your account is deactivated and inaccessible) followed by hard deletion of all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data and billing records required for legal or tax purposes may be retained longer as required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data:
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to object to processing, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is (a) performance of a contract with you for account-related processing, (b) legitimate interests for security and fraud prevention, and (c) compliance with legal obligations for retention of billing records.
California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell or share your data). We do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at andrew@leonenko.me. We will respond within 30 days.
We encrypt data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data at rest is encrypted by our infrastructure provider (Supabase / AWS). Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel and protected by multi-factor authentication.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we implement commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
FleetRun is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
FleetRun is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using FleetRun you consent to this transfer. For EEA/UK users, we rely on standard contractual clauses where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FleetRun after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
